The group's principal activity is to provide Internet based collision claims services for insurance companies, third party claims administrators (tpa) and self-insured automobile fleet management companies. The group serves automobile insurance and corporate automobile fleet management companies to streamline and lower their overall costs of automotive repairs paid. The group also handles the entire collision repair function for the customers from the time of reporting of the accident. The group monitors and audits all repair work to assure that proper repair work is performed at the negotiated price. The group provides the subscriber an interface which is a claims management tool for the elink software that is used by in-house staff claims handlers.
